Redeemer University offers a full range of food and dining services. Your conference, meeting or event will be enhanced by the culinary delights of Redeemer’s in-house Chef and the service of our professional and friendly staff. Meals can be served plated, family-style or buffet to suit your event needs and budget. View our menu for an overview of menu options. Whether your event is a small reception, a large banquet or a weekend retreat you will find a variety of menu options to serve your needs. Our staff will work with you to plan your menu, including customizing meals for your event. There are a number of dining areas, each suited to accommodate your specific dining requirements. Other meal options include the Food Court and Tim Hortons, where you can treat yourself to a beverage and pastry or freshly made grab-and-go food.
Dining Areas
Redeemer has two dining areas to accommodate your banquet, reception or other special event. The Dining Hall seats up to 320 people at round tables. The Executive Dining is an excellent space for more intimate banquet events up to 120 people. This room can also be configured theatre or boardroom style for your next business event. Redeemer’s colourful outdoor garden courtyard is conveniently located just steps from the academic building. This is a perfect space for stand up receptions and barbeques. Your group can enjoy fabulous food outdoors in a lush green surrounding.
