Recreation Facilities
Student Recreation Centre
Youth and family gatherings are most comfortable in this unique facility. On two levels, guests will find a large screen television, satellite, DVD player and tables for ping-pong, billiards, and air hockey. Café tables occupy the uppermost level. This facility is a good choice for an evening of coffee house entertainment, games night or just a place for your guests to unwind after a day of meetings. Proximity to outdoors facilities, including tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts make the recreation centre an ideal option for summer or winter use.
Athletic Facilities & Sporting Events
Our guests are invited to make use of the Redeemer University College sports and recreation facilities. Feel free to enjoy our delightful walking path on acres of land—perfect for morning strolls. Outdoor tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, and a fully equipped fitness center are also available. Day passes can be ordered for your guests through Conferece Services and are also available at the Athletic Centre.
Gymnasium
Our full size double gymnasium can be rented for a variety of sporting tournaments, including volleyball, basketball, and badminton. Whether you represent a sporting group, team or league, you will find Redeemer’s facilities a good choice to host a game, tournament or other competition. Hourly and daily rates are available. From May to August, your event can be complemented with accommodations. Ample free parking, bleachers, and food services are just some of the amenities you will find available. Weightlifting competitions and many tournaments have been hosted by our facility. The space also converts into a great location for tradeshow marketing events.
