for more information. All forms and applications must be either presented in person, faxed, emailed or mailed to the Registrar’s Office.

- Organize your schedule using this grid.
Change Faculty Advisor
- At any time you can change your faculty advisor. This form must be filled out, signed and returned to the Registrar's Office.
Course Outline / Syllabi Request
- Most course syllabi are saved and available to past and current students. Please fill out the form and return it to the Registrar's Office.
Independent Study Request
- Independent study courses are provided in most departments to allow qualified students the opportunity to explore a unique are of study not normally offered in the curriculum.
Letter of Permission Request
- Full-time and part-time students registered at Redeemer may take courses at other institutions for credit in their degree program, if such courses are important for their program but are not offered by the university.
Name Change
- Any requests to change a name, by means of alteration or deletion, substitution or addition, must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation.
Off Campus Studies Application
Part Time & Occasional Studies Application
- If you are planning on taking one, two or three courses at Redeemer, please fill out this application and return it to the Registrar's Office.
Program Planning Documents: Departmental Fact Sheets
- Use these sheets to figure out what courses you have done and which you still need for your majors and minors.
Proof of Enrolment Request
- Fill out this request form in order to receive your RESP's, student loan, or for another purpose. The letter takes approximately 3-5 days to process.
Please note that during September the processing time is long due to the volume.
Replacing your Degree Form
- If you have misplaced your original degree and require a replacement.
Request for an Incomplete Form
- Only under exceptional circumstances will a student be granted an "incomplete" for a course.
Withdrawl Notification Form
- A student who wishes to withdraw from the university must completed this form and speak with Student Life.
