The 2012 Convocation Ceremony will take place on May 26, 2012 at 2pm.
Doors open at 1:00pm.

A Graduation Itinerary will be made available closer to May.
In accordance with University policy, graduates with outstanding accounts will not receive their degrees.
Graduation Package
If you are to complete your degree requirements in December 2011 or by April 2012, then please find the important information and forms listed below.
You must return the Application for Graduation to be eligible to participate in the May 2012 Graduation Ceremony! Return all forms to the Registrar's Office, or send them through ICM (Inter-campus mail) to Linda Branton. Deadline for all paperwork is : Monday, October 31, 2011.

Not graduating?
If you will not be able to complete the required credit hours or appropriate courses needed to graduate in December 2011 or April 2012, please inform Linda Branton in the Registrar's Office. Once you have notified us that you are indeed not graduating, you will not receive any further info/memos.
Graduation Audits
These are routinely done in December for all students who have applied for graduation. You will be notified of your status once your audit has been completed.
Graduation Photos
Cost: $25 for sitting fee (includes composite photo and folder for your diploma)
Lassman Photography will be on campus January 17-19, 2012. You must have your photo take to appear in the Graduating Class Composite. Included in your photo session are a minimum of 10 unique digital online proofs and a copy of the class composite.

Not planning to attend?
Over 90% of our graduates attend the graduation ceremony and we hope that you will join us for this celebration. If you are not planning on attending, please inform Linda Branton and provide your current mailing address. All degrees will be conferred on May 26 and will be mailed to absent graduates within a week of graduation; only if they have provided the Registrar's Office with a current mailing address.
Tickets
Please note that there is limited seating in the auditorium for the graduation ceremony, and each graduate will be given 3 tickets for guests. The remaining seats in the auditorium will be made available in a random manner to those who request more tickets (more information will be provided closer to May).
