CE-8001-C: Youth Ministry Visioning workshop
At the 2012 Canadian Youth Workers Convention Marcel deRegt, Leadership Development Director for Youth Unlimited led an intense workshop on Personal Visioning. Many of the 60+ people that attended the workshop commented on how practical and useful the workshop was. They commented that they walked into the workshop with nothing in hand but walked out with a vision statement was measurable, achievable, believable and visible. For this evening in April, plan to walk step by step through the personal visioning process and then working as a team, see how all personal statements can be woven together towards your youth ministry goal. This workshop will be as much as personal discovery as it will be about strengthening and building your youth ministry team. Bring as many of your youth leaders as possible.
Marcel DeRegt is currently the Leadership Development Director at Youth Unlimited for both Canada and the United States. He has more than 15 years of children’s ministry, middle school, senior high youth ministry experience serving as volunteer, paid staff and at various inter-denomination ministries.
