CE-3001-A: Strength and Stretch Fitness Class
Join a class that’s just for you! This ten week class focuses on building core strength and whole body flexibility – it will make you feel great!
This ten week progressive workshop will focus on building core strength and whole body flexibility. Each class will begin with a warm-up, and move through a series of strengthening exercises using body weight and a Bender Ball (provided for class by the instructor). Each muscle group will then be stretched in a safe and thorough way. Watch your posture change as you start to stand taller and use your abdominal and back muscles more effectively. Learn to breathe through stretches and feel your muscles loosen. Leave each class feeling strong and relaxed. This class is accessible to participants of any gender, age, or physical ability. Please bring along an exercise mat and please wear comfortable clothes. Shoes are optional.
Requirements: Participants will be required to fill out a health form. Open to healthy men and women of all ages and ability levels. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Bettie VanGils Kloet is a Fitness Instructor Specialist (CanFitPro certified) and teaches Adult Fitness Classes in Hamilton, including Boot Camp, Cardio Circuit, Bone Builder, and Spinning.

CE-3001-B: Strength and Stretch Fitness Class - Moving Onward
This 10 week class continues the focus on building core strength and whole body flexibility - it will make you feel great! Those with experience in this class will enjoy more challenges each week, while new participants will get comfortable with the beginner moves and progress into more difficult moves. Each class will begin with a warm-up and move through a series of strengthening exercises using body weight and a Bender Ball (provided for class by the instructor). Each muscle group will then be stretched in a safe and thorough way. Watch your posture change as you start to stand taller and use your abdominal and back muscles more effectively. Learn to breathe through stretches and feel your muscles loosen. Leave each class feeling strong and relaxed. This class is accessible to participants of any gender, age, or physical ability.
