Refund Policy

To cancel a registration and receive a partial refund, please send a written cancellation request to Darlene Komadan, Redeemer University College at dkomada@redeemer.ca. There will be an administration fee applied to each refunded registration. Fees depend upon each registration amount paid by the registrant. Cancellation requests must be sent at least two business days before the event dates. You will be contacted by the event organizer when the request is received.

Registrants who choose not to attend the event, or cancel a registration less than two business days before the scheduled event, will not qualify for a refund.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, registrants will be given the option of canceling their registration, receiving a full refund of the registration fee, or attend the event if the event is rescheduled.

Receipts will only be issued, upon request, after payment has been received and verified. Receipts will not be given out before the event dates.
