To apply for the awards detailed below, submit a completed Application for Scholarships & Bursaries and any required supporting documentation to the Financial Aid Office by March 31, 2012. Awards marked by an asterisk (*) require the separate Financial Aid Application to be submitted.

Students must be officially registered as a Biology major in the Registrar's Office to be considered for these awards.

*John & Maria Proper Creation Care Bursary - Student demonstrating financial need - Preference given to incoming students - Submit a 500-word essay describing your love and care for creation, past activities that demonstrate leadership in environmental concern, and a vision of how you wish to pursue this in your future career and life	$1,000
Steven J. Kouwenhoven Nat'l Science & Math Scholarship - Student entering their 3rd or 4th year of study - High GPA in courses taken in the Sciences Division - Excellence in written work - Significant contributions to class discussions and laboratory work	up to $1,000
