Dean of Students
Karen Cornies, ext 4468
Dean Karen Cornies deals with student concerns and provides counselling and spiritual leadership for students and the Student Life department.  She advises Student Senate and is a spokesperson for student perspectives with administration in institutional planning and decision-making.


Assistant Dean of Students
Eileen Fallon, ext 4219
Eileen provides services for residential life; overseeing first year residence placements & hiring Resident/Housing Assistants. She also organizes and leads several mission trips each year.







Academic Support Director
John Krueger, ext 4299
John provides career counselling, job placement, and the Academic Support Program. He administers vocational testing and evaluation, instructs a Guided Studies course, provides "Study Smart" and career seminars, edits resumes, and oversees the tutoring program.







Assistant Residence Coordinator
Hennie Schoon, ext 4466
Hennie organizes returning students' residences. She also provides services for both international and commuting students, promoting and facilitating their integration into the Redeemer community.

 

 


Chaplain
Syd Hielema, ext 4456
Syd provides directional support for student worship leaders, co-ordinates weekly chapels, and helps provide spiritual direction for Redeemer's community of students, faculty, and staff.







Special Needs Coordinator
Nancy Hartholt, ext 4220
Nancy provides services for students with special needs. She also provides support for mature students.









Activities & Orientation Coordinator
Micah van Dijk, ext 4289
Micah coordinates campus life by organizing activities and programs for the Redeemer community throughout the year. He serves many student leaders as a mentor and resource.







Departmental Assistant
Elizabeth Williams, ext 4228
Elizabeth provides administrative support for the Student Life Department, prepares the daily campus newsletter, Time Out, and facilitates the off campus rental listings and career postings.
