ADVANCEMENT DIVISION The Advancement Division is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, implementation and management of the university’s development, external relations and strategic marketing and communications initiatives and functions, including recruitment of students. Annetta is responsible for various administrative and event functions of Redeemer University College, on behalf of the Advancement Division such as Redeemer's Annual Golf Tournament.

DEVELOPMENT

The Director of Redeemer's Campaigns has the responsibility of managing and coordinating the various components which will contribute to the overall goal, including Redeemer's traditional support community and corporate gifts.

As Development Director, Judith oversees the Cornerstone Program, and initiatives to attract new support to Redeemer. She also has primary responsibility for supporters located in communities from Burlington to Ottawa.

Valerie helps coordinate activities and resources for alumni, Redeemer’s church partners and its volunteers.
	Louise Dekker Investment Portfolio Coordinator ldekker@redeemer.ca Ext. 4209
Louise processes incoming donations and mailing of receipts, handles all of the reminders and mailings for the Membership program and maintains the loan, RRSP and RIF accounts.

As Coordinator of the Annual Fund, Janet’s main responsibilities are to manage the annual appeals, church giving and Membership program. Janet also helps plan and implement the Annual Business Campaign.

As Development Coordinator, Deborah is responsible for developing and implementing a donation/pledge tracking and reminder system. Her responsibilities also include researching companies and individuals for the Campaign Director.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Director of Media and Communications oversees Redeemer’s publications, media relations, institutional marketing of the University and is the key contact for communication with many external constituencies.

As Manager of Creative Services, Julie is responsible for Redeemer's visual identity, particularly through flagship pieces like The Viewbook and Tangents magazine, which she designs. She is also responsible for ensuring Redeemer's brand flows throughout all of Redeemer's print and web materials in a creative and professional way.
