Co-operative Education is a two-way link between classroom achievement and the workplace application of knowledge. Redeemer University has successfully offered Co-op work terms for more than twenty years.
Students who graduate from co-operative education programs are more readily hired and integrated into the workplace.

The benefits to employers include the ability to discover the talent for eventual, full-time hiring and access to a high-quality workforce for short-term projects and workload balancing.

The Centre supports both the student and employer in multiple ways to make success possible through Co-op work terms. We post jobs on a secure website and connect employers with highly motivated, top-performing students.

Redeemer’s Co-operative Education programs are accredited by Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL).

“Our Redeemer co-op students have demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn. They’ve risen to the occasion when asked to take on new work assignments.”
