Redeemer offers 35+ majors and streams that lead to Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Health Sciences, Bachelor of Kinesiology, Bachelor of Media and Communication Studies and Bachelor of Education degrees, as well as certificates and microcredentials to help meet the changing needs of students and the marketplace. The Redeemer community of nearly 1,100 students is served by approximately 200 expert, caring faculty and staff.
The Associate Vice-President, Enrolment (AVPE) reports to the President and provides strategic leadership in enrollment management at Redeemer University. This role focuses on building the prospective student base, meeting enrollment targets, and driving retention strategies. As part of the senior leadership team, the AVPE oversees admissions, recruitment, financial aid, retention efforts, and enrollment data analysis. They collaborate closely with Marketing, Financial Services, and Academic planning to ensure institutional efficiency and alignment with the University’s mission and vision.
