Redeemer offers 35+ majors and streams that lead to Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Health Sciences, Bachelor of Kinesiology, Bachelor of Media and Communication Studies and Bachelor of Education degrees, as well as certificates and microcredentials to help meet the changing needs of students and the marketplace. The Redeemer community of nearly 1,100 students is served by approximately 200 expert, caring faculty and staff.
The Instructional Designer (ID) serves as an expert in course design for various teaching modalities and works with faculty in the design of new courses, especially those using non-traditional instructional formats or modalities, and also in the modification of existing courses, all in light of overall institutional and program-specific goals and expectations. The ID will also work with the Director of Teaching and Learning to provide instructional support and training to faculty which focuses on technological tools used in instruction.
