About Dynamic strategic planning

Redeemer’s strategic plan is intended to be dynamic. Dynamic strategic planning is a flexible, iterative approach to strategic planning that ensures mission alignment while adapting to the changing needs of the university. The move beyond static planning encourages continuous learning and improvement, allows for responsiveness to trends in higher education, and encourages collaboration and innovation across departments.
Phase 1
2025-2028 — Beyond. Learn. Forward.
The first phase of the plan takes its name from the previous plan, Learn. Forward., extending the good work that is still ongoing and building on it, laying the foundation for future growth of the university. Initiatives that require a long time-frame to complete can expand into the second phase of the plan, if necessary.
