The registration form must be fully completed and submitted along with all necessary documentation by the registration deadline.

Register for an AQ course

Course Withdrawal/Refund

Withdrawing from an AQ course requires the student to notify the Registrar’s office in writing at reg@redeemer.ca.

If the withdrawal is made prior to the start date of the course, a full refund will be made less the $25 non-refundable deposit.

If the withdrawal is made after the start date of the course, a refund will occur in accordance with Redeemer University College’s refund policy.

Students will receive a complete refund if the course is cancelled by Redeemer .

Course Cancellation

Courses that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will be cancelled. Decisions regarding cancellations to a particular course will be made approximately two weeks prior to the start date of the course.

Students who are enrolled in a course that has been cancelled will be contacted by Redeemer University College at the email address provided on their registration form and given a full refund.

Students who were registered in the cancelled course will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another AQ course being offered at the university provided the necessary prerequisites have been met.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with applicable laws, Redeemer University College (Redeemer) is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, students, alumni, donors, volunteers, employees, officers, board members and any other persons about or from whom Redeemer collects personal information. Email Communication

Redeemer University College will communicate with students via email using the email address provided on the student’s registration form. Students must check their email account regularly including junk or bulk mail folders.

Typically, confirmation letters will be emailed to the student approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the start date of the course.

Attendance

In accordance with the Ontario College of Teachers Act 184/97, attendance in all AQ classes are mandatory. If an emergency occurs, which requires the student’s absence, please notify the Registrar’s Office by email at reg@redeemer.ca and the instructor of the course as soon as possible.

Concerns or Complaints

If a student has a concern about a course, please take the concern to the course instructor first. If the student is uncomfortable approaching the instructor or the problem remains, please contact the Registrar’s Office by email at reg@redeemer.ca.
