Charis supports Redeemer’s unique, communal residence experience. Living in community enhances students’ educational development by shaping them spiritually, emotionally and interpersonally. The classrooms and breakout spaces on the lower level make the building a true centre of living and learning.

Redeemer’s 43 Townhouse Residences provide a home for groups of eight students. Each townhouse consists of four shared bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room. All units have private entrances, multi-level layouts and comfortable furnishings. Most incoming students live in a townhouse with a Residence Advisor (RA). Your RA will help guide your community by facilitating shared meals, chores, weekly devotions and social activities.

Augustine Hall is available May through August. Two bedroom apartments have a bunk bed in each bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen and dining/living room. Three bedroom apartments have two single beds in each bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining/living room.

Off-Campus Housing
Redeemer offers a listing of off-campus housing opportunities available to senior students who choose to live off-campus, though still welcome to live on-campus. All on-campus residences are reserved for those enrolled in undergraduate programs only.
