Redeemer's facilities can accommodate a wide range of events, from large-scale concerts and conferences to private meals and meetings.
Auditorium
Redeemer's 950-seat auditorium is an ideal location for annual general meetings, concerts, theatrical presentations, graduations, recitals and worship services. Complimentary with the use of the auditorium are two dressing rooms and a green room.

Looking for a banquet space or just a casual lunch? Weā€™ve got multiple dining spaces to fit your needs. Redeemer's dining room can fit up to 300 seats, and is perfect for larger retreats.
Executive Dining Hall
Looking for a more intimate setting for your meals? The Executive Dining Room (EDR) is a spacious room that can be used in many ways to accommodate both your meetings of up to 120 and meals for up to 100.
Tim Hortons
Looking for a coffee or a warm breakfast? Redeemer's on-campus Tim Hortons has you covered with its all day breakfast, fresh baked goods and Tim Hortonsā€™ signature coffee.*
*Only open on Mon-Sat from September-April.
Meeting Rooms
Redeemer has many different styles of meeting spaces to accommodate your needs. From 10 person board rooms to 150 person lecture halls, we will work with you to find the perfect space.

Recreation Centre
Whether youā€™re hosting a small dance or a family reunion, the Recreation Centre may be the perfect venue. Fully equipped with its own sound system, various table games such as ping pong and air hockey, and multiple levels for optimal space. Please note, this space is only available during the summer months.
Sports Complex
Redeemerā€™s Sports Complex is made up of a full-size domed turf field that can be divided into three separate mini fields and the full-size outdoor David Mantel turf field. Both fields are anchored by a beautiful field house that includes a spacious lobby, reception area and four team dressing rooms. Redeemerā€™s Sports Complex is managed by Nustadia. Guest Accommodations
With roughly 500 beds available*, consider staying on campus for your event. Accommodations range anywhere from one-bedroom apartments fitting two people, to four-bedroom townhouses suitable for up to eight guests. Looking to book a casual stay while visiting Redeemer or Hamilton? Check out our online booking platform.
*Only available from May to August. Limited accommodations available from September to April.

Get answers to your rental, parking and food services questions.
Is there a charge for parking on campus?Ā 

Yes, there is a charge to park on campus. There may be options for the event organizer to pay for event parking as part of the final invoice. Parking lot and rate information can be found here.

May I sell books and other merchandise during my event?Ā 

You may be asked to use the Redeemer Bookstore for the sale of merchandise, including books and other items. There may be a possibility to obtain a waiver for the sale of your own merchandise.

As an event organizer, do I need insurance?

Yes, you are required to provide public liability insurance.

Is there Wi-Fi on campus?Ā 

Yes, there is complimentary wireless internet access on campus.

What is Redeemer University’s policy regarding alcohol and smoking on campus?

Redeemer University is an alcohol and smoke free campus. The use of tobacco and similar products like e-cigarettes, vapourizers and chewing tobacco is not permitted.

May I bring in external catering or food that I have prepared into the building?Ā 

We have exclusive rights to serving food on campus so you may not bring food with you. We are happy to provide you with all the catering options you need for a successful event!
