This term, Redeemer will host three virtual alumni mentoring events for students and recent grads. The Humanities Division will take place on Wednesday, March 10. A Zoom link will be emailed to you after registration.

Alumni Mentors:

Laura (Dieleman) Benjamins, PhD Candidate, Music Education, as well as  part-time instructor at Western University and Redeemer University.
Redeemer Class of 2015 with Music major, then 2016 B. Ed. Then M.Mus. in Music Education at Western University.

Rachel Brouwer, Hospitality & Outreach Director at Talbot Street Church
(Previously at International Justice Mission Canada for 10 years).
Redeemer Class of 2009 with Humanities major and minors in Psychology and Classical Studies then professional certificates in Marketing Strategy, Project Management and Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Naomi Bula, Global Engagement Opportunities Program Coordinator at World Renew.
Redeemer Class of 2003 with Honours English major and Mission minor.

Francis Germain,  art appraiser with the International Society of Appraisers working for McMaster Gallery in Dundas.
Redeemer class of 2018 with Art major and History minor, currently working on a Masters in Modern Art History, Theory, and Criticism from Azusa Pacific University.

Sarah Haanstra, Vice-Principal, teacher at Avon Maitland District School Board.
Redeemer Class of 2001 with French major and English minor, then B. Ed in 2007.

Justin Vovk, PhD Candidate, Doctoral Fellow in Early Modern History at McMaster University.
Redeemer Class of 2016 with History major and Political Science minor. Then master’s in History from McMaster University.
