On campus in the Auditorium

Posted in Support Community

It is with sadness that we share that Rev. Henry De Bolster passed away on Friday, April 22 after suffering a serious stroke. Rev. De Bolster was the founding President of Redeemer. His vision and tireless, faithful efforts were vital to Redeemer’s establishment, and his presence with students, faculty, staff, and Redeemer’s support community meant that he touched many lives. Even after his retirement and into his last days, Rev. De Bolster participated in Redeemer events, and remained a strong supporter and prayer warrior on Redeemer’s behalf. We give thanks for his life and faithful service, even as we take comfort in knowing that our loving God has graciously taken Rev. De Bolster to Himself.

Please continue to uphold the De Bolster family and the Redeemer community in your prayers during this time of loss.

The family invites you to join them for a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at Redeemer University College Auditorium in Ancaster at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
