About
Liz Way has worked in people leadership roles in higher education and non-profit organizations since 2000. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of the Indwell Group of Companies and Chairs the Board at Helping Hands Street Mission. She has also owned a jump rope manufacturing and resources company during which time she developed curricula collaboratively with teachers from 20 countries as well as delivering internationally recognized certifications across Canada, Hong Kong, Bermuda, South Africa and the USA.

- The impact of spiritual formation on the leadership approaches of Evangelical women people leaders serving in secular spaces.
