This condo is FOR SALE rather than rent. For the past 8 years, we have rented the Condo to 3rd and 4th year Redeemer students while our own children attended Redeemer. It has been a great experience but our children graduated several years ago and we don't want to continue as landlords. Before listing the property, we are posting on the Redeemer site to seek parents or group of students that may be interested in purchasing. The house easily accommodates 5 people. There are 4 bedrooms - historically, the primary bedroom was shared by two students. Interested parties are encouraged to call to discuss further details.
