All-inclusive monthly rent: $2,000 for two people, or $1,600 for one person. One bedroom is slightly larger than the other, so if two students are sharing the unit, they can decide how they’d like to split the rent between themselves. The walk-out unit has its own washer and dryer, separate from the landlord’s. Two female residents will be living upstairs.
