For Tenants

My husband and I are interested in renting 2 rooms to 1 student. 1 bedroom and the adjacent room can be used for a study/sitting room. You are welcome to have a bar fridge in the sitting room if you choose. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and laundry. We will provide condiments but regular groceries will be at your expense. Fridge and freezer space will be provided. Rent is $1200 / mo and includes all utilities. We have a queen bed if needed or you are welcome to bring your own. All other furniture will be provided by the student. Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor with large windows and lots of natural light. We attend Philpott Church on a regular basis and have been members there for many years.
