Apartment has it's own bathroom with laundry, living room and fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a TV with Netflix/prime. All utilities are included including internet. There is room for two cars to park on the driveway. No need to sign a lease for the whole year. We rent for the school year - end of Aug to end of April!!!
