Dr. Craig Bartholomew, Professor of Philosophy and Religion & Theology and H. Evan Runner Chair, has had two of his recent publications included in a new collection from Lexham Press.

Cover of Excellent Preaching by Craig BartholomewThe Excellent Preaching Bundle includes 15 volumes for pastors and others who are interested in studying how Scripture intersects with our culture and our lives. Excellent Preaching: Proclaiming the Gospel in Its Context & Ours, is the centrepiece of the series. In it, Bartholomew explains how to preach so that the powerful message of the Bible penetrates the Christian’s daily life. In When You Want to Yell at God: The Book of Job, Bartholomew helps show just how beautiful and touching this man’s struggle with God really is.

The series is another example of Bartholomew’s work in equipping the church. It is work that comes out of his academic study of Scripture, especially in the area of hermeneutics. Read more about his work.
