Redeemer Business Co-op student Greg Biersteker has been featured in an interview on Gelderman Landscape Service’s website: http://gelderman.com/blog/184/gelderman-partners-with-redeemer-university. Greg, an accounting student working towards his CMA designation, joined the company in May for an eight-month work term. “His growth and enthusiasm shine through his well-written words and it’s a great example of what experiential learning opportunities offer our students,” notes Jennifer Pringle-Lane, Redeemer’s Director of Co-operative Education and Career Services. “We are also pleased that this has been such a good fit for them. We work hard to ensure that our co-op partners hire students who will benefit their operations. Gelderman is so pleased with its co-op experience that it plans on hiring another business co-op student next winter.” Redeemer’s Business Co-op program recently gained its initial accreditation from the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education (CAFCE).
