Provost and Vice-President, Academic
Reporting to the President, serving as Vice Chair of the Senate and as a member of the President’s Council, the Provost, and VP, Academic (Provost from here onward) is the chief officer of the university’s educational programs. S/he will assist the President in executing Redeemer’s mission and will bring a comprehensive vision for university learning and student development where faith, life, and learning are vitally connected.
Reporting to the Senior Admissions Manager, the Admissions Counsellor (AC) is the front-line representative of Redeemer University College with respect to prospective students, their families and high school stakeholders. The AC is responsible for all recruitment efforts and achieving enrolment targets within their assigned regional area.

The Careers Advisor works primarily with students to facilitate their entry into the workplace by helping them to find their calling, identify and explore career possibilities, and be ready to pursue career opportunities. The Careers Advisor also interacts with employers to help grow potential graduate placements.
Dean of Students
The Dean of Students (DOS) is the university’s senior student affairs officer, responsible to the Provost. The DOS provides leadership and strategic direction for co-curricular components and services for students essential for whole-life learning.
Director, HR Employee Services
Reporting to the Vice-President (Administration & Finance), the Director, HR Employee Services is responsible for helping shape institutional culture by leading, managing and supporting the following HR functions: staff recruitment, orientation and retention, employee relations, training and development, employee engagement, HR strategic planning and leadership, HR policies and procedures development and maintenance, job design and evaluation, performance appraisal management, labour and employment legislation and employment standards, Employee Wellness and Mental Health, and Health and Safety.
The Events Coordinator (EC) is the administrative brain and student-focused professional that runs all on-campus admissions events for Redeemer University College. As a key member of our Admissions Operations team, the EC is responsible for major events such as Admitted Student Day, Campus Visit Days and Check-in Day while also paying close attention to personalized visits for prospective students and their families.
