Redeemer University has appointed Meghan Taylor as associate vice president, enrolment.
Taylor brings to the role significant experience in the Christian post-secondary enrolment sector. She has served as director, admissions and financial aid at Redeemer since 2022 where she has led enrolment growth through creativity, cross departmental collaboration and effective change management. Taylor serves on the board of the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) and is the Redeemer representative at Strategic Enrolment Management for Canadian Christian Universities (SEMCCU). Prior to her time at Redeemer, she served as director, graduate and online admissions at Houghton University in New York state.
“Meghan brings experience as a strategic leader in the enrolment space and a drive to innovate in a competitive post-secondary market,” says president Dr. David Zietsma. “I am excited for her to share her talents and passion for Redeemer’s mission as part of the senior leadership team.”
Taylor has led a team of admissions and recruitment professionals at Redeemer over the past three years that has seen steady enrolment growth and positive projections for fall 2025. She has coordinated new initiatives with key Christian high schools as well as churches to meet targets and build strong relationships across the country. She holds a master’s of business administration in entrepreneurship and enterprise process management and a bachelor of science in business administration and art, both from Houghton University.
“I am honoured to serve in this role and to support Redeemer’s mission of preparing students to reflect the love of Jesus Christ in every career and calling,” says Taylor. “The Lord has been so faithful towards Redeemer for over 40 years, and we’ve got good work–Kingdom work–to do.”

Taylor will be focused on data-informed strategies to lead enrolment management, achievement of enrolment targets, financial aid optimization, retention strategies and recruitment strategies for Redeemer’s new graduate programs. She begins in her new role on May 1, 2025.
