Fall is such an exciting time for me. I love this season of new beginnings and fresh goals, excitement and energy.
This September, Redeemer is welcoming one of its largest incoming classes in recent years, all thanks to the hard work of the Admissions team and the new tuition and fee structure! We are so excited to see many more students benefitting from a Redeemer education. And we’re thrilled that they will soon become part of our alumni community, doing great work all over the globe for the glory of God.
Aside from the excitement that fall brings for students, we also have some great events coming up for Redeemer’s alumni! We will honour our 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award winner Dr. Kimberly Maich with a reception on October 10, 2019. We hope you will join us for this free event and celebrate Kimberly’s achievements.
We will have our first Alumni Association Week from October 28 to November 2. The week will promote our amazing alumni to current students through conversations at an alumni table in the Commons and a chapel service led by alumni. The week will also feature some fun for alumni, such as giveaways and perks when attending a Royals home game. We are ending Alumni Association Week with our 10/20/30 Reunion. (Save the date, classes of ’09, ’99 and ’89!)
We are also looking forward to participating in the last push of the Re Campaign and hope you will consider making a gift that will impact Redeemer as the university heads into 2020.
