February 28, 2022

On March 18, we will have our ninth Listening Friday on the topic of Canadian and Indigenous relationships. We will listen to Indigenous educator Chelsea Vowel (Métis) debunk four pernicious myths about Indigenous peoples: the myth of no taxation, the myth of the wandering nomad, the myth of authenticity, and the myth of the drunken Indian. Readers will be K. Flatt, A. Mazereeuw and D. Bowen. Tune in here.
