FULL payment for the 2024 Fall term is due August 26, 2024.
Full payment for the 2025 Winter term is due December 30, 2024.

If full payment for the term cannot be made by the due dates noted above, a monthly instalment payment plan is available and finance charges will apply. If the minimum payment has not been made by the end of the first week of classes, notice will be sent to the Registrar’s office for deregistration.

Due to Ministry regulations, students in the Bachelor of Education degree program must pay monthly.

Payment Plan Options

Redeemer offers a monthly payment plan for those students who cannot pay the full semester’s tuition by the deadline. Students may make minimum monthly payments, but there will be a finance charge applied to any outstanding balance on account at the beginning of each month.
Minimum monthly payments are 25% of the current term charges on a student’s account in Self-Service. There are 4 months in a term so that is a payment each month with the payment due dates being on the first day of each month.

Finance Charges

If one quarter of the term’s balance is not paid by the August and January payment deadlines, a $50 late fee will be assessed. If you are receiving government loans (i.e. OSAP) and it is showing on your statement as pending it will count toward your first payment. Please apply early in order for this to happen.
For October through December and February through April, payment is due on the first of the month and finance charges of 1% per month (12.68% per annum) will apply on the total outstanding balance at that date. If you can pay your balance in full by the end of the first month no finance charges will be incurred.
The monthly finance charge for October through December and February through April will not apply for Bachelor of Education students as long as the minimum monthly amount has been remitted.

Deregistration

If the first payment for the term is not received by the university by the end of the first week of class, the student will be considered for deregistration. The student will be contacted by email and if no resolution is made, notice will be sent to the Registrar’s Office to deregister the student from classes immediately.
