May 3, 2024

Beginning in May 2024, the eastbound lane of Garner Road East will be closed from Kitty Murray Lane to approximately Raymond Road, allowing only westbound traffic to access Redeemer University’s main entrance. Closures will continue until November 2024 weather permitting.

Current construction that began in March 2024 allows westbound traffic only from Southcote Road to Wilson Street West.

Visitors and local traffic heading west on Garner Road will still be able to access the main entrance to the university. Travellers driving east to campus will require an alternate route.

Alternate Route for Eastbound Travellers

From Hwy 403 eastbound, take the Hwy 6 South exit to Book Road. Turn left onto to Book Road. Take the next left onto Southcote Road. Turn right on Garner Road East. Then turn left onto Kitty Murray Lane. Redeemer University will be on the right.

Alternate Route for Westbound Travellers

From Hwy 403 westbound, take the Rousseaux Street exit. Continue onto Mohawk Road. Turn left onto McNiven Road. Continue onto Southcote Road. Turn left on Stonehenge Drive. Take the first exit of the roundabout (turn right) at Kitty Murray Lane. Redeemer University will be on the left.
