Although the President Search Committee has not met in the past couple of weeks, we are encouraged by our progress during the recruitment phase of our search.

The committee, as well as JobfitMatters, has been very busy promoting this opportunity and reaching out to potential candidates. We believe that we are seeing the fruits of our prayers and efforts as our candidate pool is growing and we are preparing to evaluate the applicants and begin the interview process in December. We are excited to begin preparation for the next phase in the search process and continue to ask for your prayers as we move forward in our search for the next President of Redeemer University College.

The Committee asks that you continue to pray for the search process. In particular:

  • Pray that the Spirit will work in the hearts of prospective, suitable candidates so that they will feel the call to answer this position
  • Wisdom for the President Search Committee as we begin to examine the pool of candidates
  • Guidance as the President Search Committee begins to plan for the interview phase of the search
