About

Jordan Burgsma is a teacher with the Hamilton-Wentworth District school board in the Junior and Intermediate divisions, and has worked in special education, both as a special class teacher and a learning resource teacher.  He earned a master’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2019, and is focused on teaching for diversity and developing a strong inclusive practice.

He lives in Hamilton with Danielle, who works at Oak Hill Academy, and his three children. He enjoys camping, woodworking, and renovation projects.
