About

Becky Breen has taught at Redeemer since September 2022. Previously, she has taught Spanish, French, and Linguistics tutorials at Wilfrid Laurier University. In the past, Becky was involved in research projects surrounding migration, refugee settlement, international students, and education as a means of international development. After receiving her Master’s, she worked as director of a refugee ministry and then with international students as the Internationalization Coordinator at Wilfrid Laurier University. 

Becky has a heart for seeing students grow in their relationship with Jesus and also works for a student ministry called Power to Change at Laurier’s Brantford Campus. She loves playing board games with her husband Dillon, going on hikes, and rearranging furniture in her home at inconvenient times.
