With three areas of concentration available, Physical Education Teaching Program, Kinesiology, and Recreation, you will come to a deeper understanding of the human body, while learning how to help others share your enjoyment of sports and play. Whether you’re in the classroom studying physical movement, discussing the philosophy of sport, or you’re out on the lake learning proper kayaking techniques, you will learn to develop an active mindset and a healthy appreciation for life.
